FREE Real Estate Agency? Really?  Yes! In the vast majority of cases Fathom Realty is paid by the seller on behalf of the Buyer.  This means there is no direct out of pocket cost to you for Buyer's Agency on most transactions.  But what if I want to by a For Sale By Owner property?  In that case, James Jordan has previously negotiated for a similar arrangements, so that's in your favor as well!
