Before you go down there...here's what to know.

Be an informed buyer by choosing me as your buyer's agent!
For initial consultation at my office, you need:
Current valid photo ID.
Current and accurate Prequalification letter from a reputable lender. If you need to be pre-qualified for your home loan, I have a few top-notch local lenders that you may contact for the best service available!
At our initial consultation (30 minutes to one hour), you will review:
-The “Working with Real Estate Agents” brochure provided by the NC Realtor’s Association for a clear understanding of agency (very important!).
-The standard NC “Exclusive Right to Represent Buyer” agreement.
You will then receive a brief update and orientation to the current Triad North Carolina home-buying process, and my own standards of performance.
At some point, a simple, easy to use Listingbook account will be set up with the criteria you provide.
It is important to be as accurate as possible and include features to narrow your search to a manageable range, such as preferred school districts, commute from work, acreage, age of home, stories, size, or style of architecture. (It doesn’t help you to say “three bedroom, two bath, anywhere, don’t know what price” because this returns over 1,000 homes for sale!)
This will save much time so you may tour only properties that interest you most.
Be sure to review “Agent Picks” for the homes I select, and choose the “thumbs up” or “favorite” tag for homes you're excited to see. You may also “reject” or “thumbs down” homes you are certain you don’t want to see.
Listingbook allows you to ask questions concerning specific properties. I love to respond to these questions, and to visit and study properties on your behalf. This is of great benefit to you, and I encourage you to use this.
For property visits, appointments must be made in most cases, therefore prior notice of 48 is needed.
Also, advance scheduling is very important, so please plan ahead and schedule your preferred time with me. My schedule is very flexible and catered towards your needs and travel considerations, unless someone else scheduled first! Be sure to contact me as soon as your plans are firm.
I look forward to meeting you and I know you and your family will love the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina!
